Due to the high viscosity and slow flow of the high-viscosity material liquid, in the instant high-temperature sterilization or instant cooling process, the heat transfer surface of the general heat exchanger is easy to form a coking film or the material liquid crystal; connect several heat exchange unit (Votator) equipment in series, The transfer pump continuously preheats, sterilizes and cools the material liquid through the heat exchanger, and then packs it aseptically, which completely avoids the occurrence of coking film or material liquid crystallization on the heat transfer surface of the heat exchanger.

This series of equipment is used in the aseptic packaging production of condiments, ketchup, peanut butter, chocolate, dairy products, syrup, jam, margarine, cosmetics and other industries. It is also suitable for biopharmaceutical industries that have special needs for instant heating or instant cooling.
