A）Automatic packaging equipment for solid chip margarine(shortening) or block margarine(shortening)

Margarine or shortening,Solidified in resting tube , the liquid margarine or shortening can be gradually solidified into solid products. 

Our flaky margarine cutting and guarantee machine will be  package the flaky margarine use in flim. Solid shortening is also treated.

According to the different requirements of different packaging methods, we provide different packaging methods, such as upper and lower lamination, left and right lamination, fully closed hot sealing and so on. Automatic cutting and packaging production equipment, the maximum speed can reach 3000kg / hr.

B）Small cup packaging machine

According to the weight of the packaged products, we suggest to choose the ordinary weighing and filling equipment for the products above 1000g. The weight of the product is less than 1000g. It is recommended to choose automatic filling equipment.

Small cup filling equipment, choose more precise weighing system to ensure the weight accuracy of small cup filling, and can be equipped with a full set of automatic filling, capping and other system equipment.

C) Small bag packaging equipment

Weight in 10g-1000g, using plastic bags. Our designers will choose different equipment configuration according to the requirements of customers to ensure the production speed requirements of customers.
